Can I Request A Specific Shipping Carrier?

We offer a variety of carriers and shipping methods on our site that may change from time to time. Which options you see will depend on a variety of factors from the weight and dimensions of your order to the final destination.

If you choose a Free Shipping or Standard Shipping option, our automated fulfillment system will always choose the carrier that will get your order to you as quickly and cost-efficiently as possible to help reduce the carbon footprint of your shipment.

If you choose Free or Standard shipping, we aren't able to notify you of which carrier will be used until your order has shipped.

PO Box addresses will ensure that a PO-friendly service is used.

If for any reason you prefer a specific carrier, or you know you've had trouble receiving packages by a specific carrier,  please make sure that you choose a paid shipping option with a specific carrier that you know will deliver for you. All available options are displayed, so if you don't see a carrier that you prefer it means we aren't able to ship with them at this time.

Note: If you choose a carrier like FedEx, but still enter only a PO Box address, your package will likely be undeliverable and will need to be re-shipped at your expense.
