Returns are sent to our fulfillment center and all packages need to be opened and inspected for damage, missing items, etc. which can take some time to process.
With additional COVID restrictions and policies in place, we ask that you allow us 2-3 weeks after we receive your returned item for a refund to be processed. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed (don't forget to check your spam folder).
If you are exchanging an item, we will still need the time to inspect and verify the receipt of your returned item before we can send you a replacement item. To save time, you're always welcome to place a new order with us so you don't have to wait for your return to process before getting the item you want.
