If you placed an order and the discount code wasn't applied, get in touch with us and we'd be happy to look into the issue for you.
Some products are excluded from discounts, and some discounts only apply to specific products, so there may be a valid reason that the discount wasn't applied.
If the discount should have been applied to your order, we'll make sure that you're refunded for the amount you would have saved!
Important: Please don't place a second order to apply the discount code and then email us asking to cancel your first order. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order before it gets shipped - and then you'll probably spend whatever you'd save to ship the extra order back to us!
